Michael Affinito is the owner and operator of Amalfi Hospitality, a company dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences. A proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America , the world’s premier culinary school, known for over six decades of setting the standard for excellence in professional culinary education.
Michael has built a career around the art of fine dining. His expertise was further shaped during his time at a Mario Batali restaurant in New York City, followed by an unforgettable journey to Napoli, Italy, where he had the privilege of working alongside the world’s best pizzaiolos.
Michael is joined by his wife, Katelyn Affinito, as well as his parents, Nicolangelo and Antonietta Affinito, and his brother-in law and sister, Mike and Carmella Farino. Together, they are committed to providing a family-oriented service that ensures your special day is smooth, memorable, and filled with delicious, top-tier culinary experiences.
